Easy Freeze Burritos

Who would of thought to make a bunch of burritos and freeze them because you might need them for a fast lunch, or a late night dinner, or even a snack after having some cocktails! These are great because they are pre-made and ready to pop in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and they are ready! Fill free to put whatever you want in them to make them delicious! I made simple Bean and beef burritos and Ryan takes them for lunch all the time!

Here’s what you’ll need…
1-1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can of refried beans/ or black beans
1 package of cheese
Salsa
Hot sauce

First cook your beef in a skillet and add your taco seasoning. Remember to drain the fat!

Next make an assembly line for all the stuff going in your burritos. I take out a bunch of foil also so it is ready as well.

Place your tortillas in the microwave for about a minute so that they are warm and can fold easier.
First get a tortilla, add your beans, cheese, beef, salsa, and hot sauce!

Fold your burritos in at each side, and then roll from one side to the other. Wrap in foil and freeze!

Make sure you have a sharpie and write what it is and the date- they should last for about 4-5 months!

Enjoy!
