Nana Linda’s Coffee Cake
1 Box of yellow cake mix
3/4 cup of Oil (Wesson or Veg, oil)
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of sour cream
4 eggs
Glaze for top:
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Sugar and Cinnamon mix
3 tablespoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
Mix first 4 ingredients well, add eggs one at a time and beat well
Grease your pan with PAM or butter lightly.
Pour 1/3 of the batter in a greased & flour tube or bundt pan.
Someone borrowed my bundt cake so I made it an a circle pan that the bottom drops out of.
The second time I made it i did it a bundt pan. Its much prettier that way... (See other pictures below)

Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar and cinnamon, pour a 1/3 more batter and then the rest of the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Put the rest of the batter on top and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour.
Let cake cool before turning your bundt pan upside down on a plate.
The cake will still be warm then you can pour on the glaze.
I made this, and it was AMAZING!!!
